Being your Online/Virtual Coach would include the following:
- Completion of a questionnaire & a waiver
- Initial consultation (via email or phone) to discuss your current fitness level
- Evaluation of your current race goals
- Creation of a personalized training plan (will be delivered in 4 week intervals)
- Adjusting/adapting your training plan based on current performance
- Weekly correspondence regarding that weeks’ runs for ongoing evaluation & support
- Assistance with planning your race day strategy
This type of service would be excellent for a runner who needs an everyday personal coach to depend upon & help to keep them accountable. Consistent communication between the coach & athlete (relaying of data, potential injuries, etc.) is VITAL for success with this plan. This plan does not include any face-to-face meetings or “with coach” running.
Cost*: $50 (per 4 week interval)
All monies are due PRIOR to the release of the Training Plan (every 4 weeks) & are to be paid via PayPal. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
