Running should be a light-hearted sport, unless you’re the elite-of-the-elite & training for the Olympics! Enjoy yourself & embrace your training plan. Revisions can always be made, if needed. However {listen up!!}, I do expect dedication & commitment; I seriously dislike excuse-givers.
